 詩97:1 耶和華作王．願地快樂、願眾海島歡喜。
  The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
 詩97:2 密雲和幽暗、在他的四圍．公義和公平、是他寶座的根基。
  Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
 詩97:3 有烈火在他前頭行、燒滅他四圍的敵人。
  A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
 詩97:4 他的閃電光照世界．大地看見便震動。
  His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
 詩97:5 諸山見耶和華的面、就是全地之主的面、便消化如蠟。
  The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
 詩97:6 諸天表明他的公義、萬民看見他的榮耀。
  The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
 詩97:7 願一切事奉雕刻的偶像、靠虛無之神自誇的、都蒙羞愧。萬神哪、你們都當拜他。
  Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
 詩97:8 耶和華阿、錫安聽見你的判斷、就歡喜、猶大的城邑、〔原文作女子〕也都快樂。
  Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord.
 詩97:9 因為你耶和華至高．超乎全地．你被尊崇、遠超萬神之上。
  For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
 詩97:10 你們愛耶和華的、都當恨惡罪惡．他保護聖民的性命、搭救他們脫離惡人的手。
  Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
 詩97:11 散布亮光是為義人．豫備喜樂、是為正直人。
  Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
 詩97:12 你們義人當靠耶和華歡喜、稱謝他可記念的聖名。
  Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
